PopCorn To Go provides superior service and quality products for all its customers, online or through direct sales. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.If you need to return something you purchased due to a quality issue or shipping damage, we need to know, by email or telephone, within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Please have ready the product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund your money.
Returns for any reason other than quality are at the customers expense. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Due to the perishability of our products we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping charges.
